OK, so we are going to get rolling soon on our podcasts and I came across an interesting product by a company called Hipcast at www.hipcast.com.

Essentially, it takes all of the tech out of doing podcasts. Some of the cool features are the ability to do podcasts over the phone and also over the internet via a web browser. The only downside that I have seen is that the player that hipcast uses has a url that advertises the company right on it. If that doesn't bother you, than this product could be a good podcasting choice.
I can definitely see attorneys who don't want to spend time learning how to record a podcast on their cpu opting to use the call in feature.

Santa at our house has opted to give the boys Ninendo DS this year, since he couldn't land the highly coveted WII. However, we have a summer birthday coming up and by then the WII should be at its retail price and available.

The concept is going to be somewhat of a free for all initially. However, going forward we are hoping to have some interview-based shows with legal marketers that we are currently working with or have worked with in the past, as well as general informative podcasts with tips and trends. We expect the series will be education-based, informative and fun.
