Technology in the Courtroom - NOW, Not Tomorrow
When I was studying prelaw at U.C. Davis, I minored in Rhetoric because it was so important to me that I practice the persuasive verbal skills that would be needed to sway a jury in favor of my [future] client. While learning verbal skills is not exactly a waste of time, nowadays attorneys need to focus a lot of their energies on technology to get points across to juries...

As discussed in the recent article Fancy gadgets replace oratory in courtrooms, Adam Lynn of The News Tribune confirms that todays lawyers must use everything from PowerPoint presentations to interactive whiteboards. The article gives some great examples of how certain attorneys have used technology it's a must read for lawyers in the 21st century.
