If you are a fan of YouTubes easy and concise feature of embedding videos into Web pages or blog posts, and wished a similar feature existed to link maps, then Google has an announcement that will make you very happy. By copying and pasting a snippet of HTML, you can now add a map to your Web site or blog, with all the click, drag and zoom functionality of Google Maps. You can go to Google Maps and pull up the map you want to embed, or use a map you've created with Googles map-making tools.
